SWEATING FOR THE WEDDING GROUP
I am looking for some of my fellow brides who are looking to get in the best shape of their lives before their wedding day.
Positive women who could benefit from the support of others, sharing wedding ideas, discussing wedding yes’s and no-no’s, budgeting tips, give advice, and more.
A bride-to-be that is willing to INVEST IN HERSELF. That could dedicate 30 minutes a day to working out, will dial into her nutrition with a superfood shake, and learn to love these bright colored portion- controlled containers. One on one coaching included!

What we are doing in the bridal group is a program called the 21 Day Fix and pairing it with Shakeology.
It’s a three week program that can be done over and over again. The one I started on in my health & fitness journey. What you’ll be doing is a daily 30 minute workout, eating 5-6 meals a day which are focused on portion control. One of those meals is your Shakeology. No pills or anything like that. Real food that you will enjoy.
I help you meal plan. I provide you with my pinterest board, recipes, etc. You get access to our online accountability group (BRIDAL BOOTCAMP, which includes that amazing social aspect!) and we accomplish your goals together with support. You’re never left in the dark– I am 100% there to help you through it. Most people lose between 5-15 pounds in one round. The biggest difference is in the inches.
