80 Day Progression is a launch group for women who are ready to go ALL in with their health and fitness, commit to a BRAND new program with a group of inspired individuals, and fall in love with the process. Will it be easy? No. But every day you show up and give it your all, you will see progress and that’s something worth celebrating.
That’s another thing. This group is about celebrating and we will be doing that every single day. I’m looking for POSITIVE women who aren’t going to use life as a reason to fall off, but instead- a reason to keep going. We aren’t going to be the group that falls off and cheats, skips workouts, and thinks its okay. This is going to be a learning experience and a way to elevate our lives in more ways then you can even imagine. If you’re up for the transformation of your life, then welcome to our tribe.

I have created a calendar to show you some of the things I have for you leading up to the launch of the new program.
This includes a pre-launch party, a five day sneak peek into the program which launches on Beachbody on Demand on the 20th. You’ll even get a chance to test out her new meal plan so you know what to expect prior to the launch. I’ll have webinars for you leading into the new program, PDF’s explaining on how to get ready, and an amazing three week bootcamp that will lead us straight into the launch on January 15.
