EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Beachbody Agility Markers (You’ll develop agility and coordination as you navigate around the markers, reacting to the trainer’s color “call-outs.”), Weights (I recommend BoFlex Adjustable Weights), & a PT Sandbag.
