3 Day Refresh

RESULTS TIME! I’ve done a lot of programs. Hard ones too. P90X3, Insanity Max 30, 21 Day Fix Extreme…
But I can HONESTLY say this is the hardest program for me to do.
WHY? Because it takes A LOT of self discipline. Your body is craving it but your mind wants everything it CAN’T have. Your senses mysteriously get stronger (I could smell everything my coworkers were eating).
It was THREE DAYS. That’s it. But when your mind is controlling your every move, those three days can feel like a lifetime.
It’s not my job to tell you every program is a piece of cake, it’s my job to tell you what can happen to your body when you REALLY freaking want something. Nothing worth having ever comes easy. In fact, the best things out of life are because of really hard work.
By Day 3, I was feeling amazing. Literally, REFRESHED. I am on the morning shift at my full-time and I am actually energized. I woke up craving water & my Shakeology. I feel great.
Total outcome?
In 3 days, I lost 4 pounds and 3.5 inches. That’s right, I said 3 days and I feel like a new woman.
I am heading to the beach tomorrow feeling incredible, confident, and sexy.
